Tai Chi Imagery Book
Throughout recorded time, Tai Chi has been passed down through images - feeling your head help up by a cord held by the Goddess of Compassion, stepping out over thin ice, cracking a whip, and so on.

Modern research has shown that images of this type access deeper layers of our consciouness and more powerful inner resources than are available to thinking and conscious effort alone. This book both codifies and explains the classical imagery of Tai Chi and supplements it with more modern images where appropriate.

The book contains over 300 different images and 200 illustrations. Many of the images are beneficial not only in Tai Chi practice but also in your daily life.
