The Healing Sounds

In the Chinese system, the five organs of the body each are associated with a particular emotion, a sound, a position of the body, and there is also a particular negative emotion that can show up in that organ if the organ is somehow out of balance or unhealthy. These healing sounds are designed to bring the body back into balance and the emotions into harmony using sounds, color visualizations, and standing meditation postures.
